Sense8

Sense8 is a sci-fi journey of eight individuals across the globe who overnight become linked telepathically, suddenly able to feel each other’s emotions, pain and feelings. The series was made by the producer of the Matrix trilogy so you’re certainly in for a fair share of plot twists and turns.

Neon Genesis Evangelion

This animated show has somewhat of a cult following and rightfully so. The story follows a 14-year old who must defend the city of Tokyo-3 from an invading fleet, ironically referred to as “Angels.” Although the series is full of animated action, it also delves into each of the characters inner monologues.
